Northern Waterproofing & Restoration was contracted by Westover Companies to undertake a total replacement of all balcony structures, due to their deteriorating condition. We worked side by side with Structural Design Associates during this multi-phased project. The scope consisted of emergency shoring, demolition of existing concrete cantilevered balcony decks, concrete threshold repair, and then a newly constructed two-story wood/composite balcony structure. This project enhanced the overall safety, security, and aesthetic curb appeal for the entire multi-family community.
