Our skilled team executed a complete exterior facade inspection, which resulted in the total restoration process across all six Marquis buildings. This project entailed the removing and replacing of all mortar joints, sealants, and window systems, followed by an exterior grade commercial masonry coating application. The coating system coupled with the color scheme was designed to enhance the overall appearance and infuse a modern, urban appearance, reminiscent of New York architecture.
